Knitting Project - A Baby Square Hat 2

To start off my knitting project, I bought a pack of purple Snowflake Yarn from SIRDAR. Purple is just the perfect colour for my soon to be 6 month old baby niece.

And a pair of 4.0mm Knitting Needles from Aero.

To get started, follow the instruction using 4mm needles and thumb method cast on 83 and sts loosely. Following the instructions from on my earlier post. Working in g-st (throughout) cont until hat measures 20.

I used the Locking Stitch Markers from Clover to help to count every 10 stitch so that I will not miss or stitch any extras as it is quite tedious to count 83 stitches.

It is not possible to finish the whole stitching in one sitting. Another useful tool to help ensure the knitting stays on the knitting needles are the Point Protector from Clover.
